Very nice for a first! The only thing I have to say is...I don't really like the blush on the cheeks. I think these guidelines can help you:

- Position the blush so it's on the "apples" of her cheek, which would be the most meaty part of the cheek.
- Gaussian blur it to about a level/radius of 10
- For blush I usually don't use the blending mode of "colour", instead I keep it at normal and change the opacity to 20-30%. It looks more natural, that way.

Still, great job for a first! Just work a bit on realisticness, because your technique's really good (I don't see sloppy edges, etc). =)
