Welcome to class today! Today's lesson will be over spelling.
If you don't spell words correctly, people will think you're unintelligent. Here are some commonly misspelled words on this forum, with the misspellings to the right: misspelled mispell where were our/are are/our my mah shit shyt asian azn back baq the letter "o" 0 The right column spellings are incorrect. Do not spell these words that way. Yes, this lesson is shorter than the other, but these are just words Ms. Kim and I have noticed to be misspelled often. Don't forget, our test will be on Friday. |

haha, I just noticed something great. In the links at the bottom, it said spelling for 5-12 year olds....now, now, I think that most of the community on cB is above the age of 12. Therefore, you should know how to spell simple words like:
"the", "some", "why", "your","you"...... You should also know some basic grammar, such as: The difference between "your" and "you're" and when to use them... EXAMPLES: (possesive) Your username is lame. (abbrevation for "you are") You're going to need a new username. Their, there, and they're and how to use them properly: EXAMPLES: (preposition, describes a location, place, or time) There is such a thing as dumb people. You can tell who they are by the looks on (possesive) their faces as they read this post. (abbrevation of "they are") They're totally dumbfounded by what I've said. |
