so check it out and give me some pointers, criticisms so long as they are constructive and are coming from intelligent people are welcome.
oh yea..the layout's based on both R.O.D the TV series (Read or Die) and Onegai Twins. If you can't see anything but the banner, try refreshing and staying still (don't scroll or whatever.) for a couple of seconds. |

the banner is pretty good. i like the way the sky changes colors, i also love the random comets and the bouncing clouds and the glowing VS but i don't like the font inside of the clouds & the rest of the layout is pretty plain.
i give it an 8 / 10.
