dude have printshop 12,paint,and microsoft word..do u think i can make a banner?cuz ive been trying to 4 ever and no one ever helps me!so if u no how PLEASE tell me i really want to make my own instead of copying peoples..THANKS SO MUCH

dont use paint. paint is bad. use photoshop instead. and y did u even mention microsoft word? lol
