yeah they both need a lot of work & they're kind of plain but i'm really new at this. haha....so basically any suggestions? i'm thinking twice about submitting...

The first one is better, in my opinion. Try doing something interesting with the eyes and hair. But if you get rid of the line things around the images in the second one and replace them with something really pretty and sorta grunge, it would look nice =)
