ok i know everybody has seen these ads that feature a free cell phone, but what i was wondering has any body actually found a real site that gives you a free cell phone with no clauses?

I would never believe an offer from the internet, but there are certain plans or packages that telephone companies offer where your cell phone is free.
Of course, it probably means you need to sign a contract (usually 2 years) and pay for your minutes. |
