im so slow on things thats okay though. but did you guys know that eating salad after every meal could actually slim you down. my mother's friend tries this everyday. she could eat like 3 pizzas or something a day and after she'd eat a salad and she lost like 20 lbs while everyone's trying their own diet. would you guys try it? i mean salade isnt that bad. just but some salad dressing, chicken & some crutons =) yum. err i dont think i need a diet though lol. tongue.gif

That's interesting, I never knew that you could lose a few pounds and decrease your weight by eating salads. Of course, I never tried it before, but maybe that's not such a bad habit to start now that summer is approaching, and we're eating 2x than what we usually ate during the school year. mellow.gif
