How can i have a background that is......., Query Options

How can i have a background picture that is :

1) Random

2) Repeated in all directions, and

3) Fixed in the window browser ??????

The code i have got enables the first two but not the third !!!!
I have got another, but it does the 1,3 but not the second !!!

I found another script that makes the picture fixed to the internet browser and appeared randomly whenever u refresh it

what i would like is to have all 3 things embedded in my diary
