flippy picture, how do ya do it? Options

how can you do the "flippy picture then turing the pic black and white" thing? If you need an example check out my page:

the script came w/ the layout so I have no idea how it works

^ that part is what edits the images. It's kinda self-explanatory since it says img throughout the script.

I don't know where the maker of the skin got the script from, but they may have written it themself, so I suggest you ask the creator of the skin you're using first if it's OK for you to use their script seperately. hope I was of assistance =]
