Okay, this is my first time doing this so everyone knows incase I'm doing anything wrong. I'm just asking. Didn't really look around >.>; You can't make things here, or can you? Anyway- I have this picture and I want to make the background of it.. like.. blood splatter. Heelllpp?

so this picture that you have...you want to make it into a brush? Just open the picture in adobe photoshop then click the edit menu and do define brush.
