I share a DSL connection with about 7 people in my building but i dont think this has to do with the problem.
On the box I have in my house , three lights are supposed to be on the internet could work , and they are on. The problem is We have 2 computers in the house and for some reason lately I have to turn on my moms computer to activate the internet on mine , its a bother because now my mom decided to put a PW and she forgets how she typed it , soo right now im stuck with Dial Up and I want to play MapleStory. Anyone know to to fix the problem , or what might be the problem. |

Ok it all depends, if your DSL modem has a built in router than don't worry about it. It because you don't have the DSL drivers installed on each computer, the disk that was givin to you when you got the modem you need it and install it on each computer, that should help you. If not, what is ur DSL telecom company, some companies only allow a givin number of in-house IPs. And they charge more for more computers.
