Hey --

I've been having problems with my photoshop recently, in that it keeps crashing while I run it. Sometimes I get a memory error.

How do I fix this so it won't crash so much?

Thanks.

What I would do before you go about the whole Spyware deal, because I can tell you know that it is not spyware. You will want to boot up into safe mode, to do so when the PC is restarting hit F8, then choose SAFE MODE from the menu. Login and do as you would, use it for a while and if it crashes in safe mode, do a clean reinstall of the product. If you bout the PC, call the manufacture of the PC such as Dell or Compaq. They are liable to send you a new copy, if not yell at them and you will get it anyway. If it still keep going you might need to uninstall then delete the leftover files in your program files folder, But with the error you are getting it seams that you have to much stuff loading that your PC can handle, I recommend a msconfig doing. Go to START > RUN > Type in MSCONFIG, the go to the START UP TAB, leave all program you want to load on start up checked, if you dont want it to, then uncheck it.
