Dude, chasing someone is like the elementary way to flirt. It's so obvious. =X I usually would strike up a conversation, say hello and be on my way. Or I might just stare at them from afar. I don't like obnoxiously stand in front of them. It's funny if they're not even remotely looking in your direction.
