CreateBlog's Visitor Tracker, breaks xanga rules? |

I dunno if Micron or whoever talked to Xanga about this but it looks as if the CB visitor tracker is violating xangas JS terms of service.
check it out. Xanga's JavaScript terms of service  I dunno what to do, of if Xanga really cares. any opinions? farewell  frizzank |

It's a xanga.com TOS (Terms Of Service) which means if violated, your xanga account is subject to deletion with or without a warning. Personally, it would be wise if Micron were to contact xanga.com to make sure that the use of such a counter that shows specific users is allowed. It would prevent any legal issues that could arise, seeing as though it IS infact stated in a TOS, which is a legal aspect of a site, and should be followed.
