Hey my friend has the hugest boobs you will ever see. I asked her if she got implants she said no. So I asked why are they so big? She said she "squishes them together and it works my chest muscles". Do yall buy it? lol just wondering because I have heard it can increase your bust by about 1/2 a cup size.... so would you try it?

When someone shows me a study, I might believe it. I agree with feleeza. Unless you have an A cup or less, the only thing working out your chest area will do is keep them firm, and prevent sagging.
Size may not all be in your genes, but it's the only thing that affects your breast size enough to accredit anything. Also, please explain to me how using your hands to press your breasts together works out your chest area? And steph? Are you positive you're not just not finished growing yet? Because your breasts can keep growing for quite a while after you stop growing upwards. |
