Hey --
I've been having problems with my photoshop recently, in that it keeps crashing while I run it. Sometimes I get a memory error. How do I fix this so it won't crash so much? Thanks. |

I am wondering if it isn't being caused by spyware after all. I've noticed in the save for web function there is a little box at the bottom that says preview for browser that is set at Internet Explorer... I use Mozilla because I am getting spyware too often with other browsers.
So often when it has crashed, it has been due to running out of memory. Is it possible for me to change the browser preview to Mozilla, so I won't have to deal with spyware from IE being activated by the save for web function? Also, I use windows for HP and for the life of me, I don't know how to get into the program files from the C drive. I don't see an icon for me to use... do I have to go into DOS in order to do this, and if not, why am I missing this... P.S. I have like 4 or 5 spyware programs but can't ever seem to get rid of them completely, which is why I don't like using IE... too much of a pain. |
