I'd have to say Jay-Z. Although Big Boi was the first to wear throwbacks, nobody really started to wear them until Jay-Z and Fabolous wore them. Also when Jay-Z put his throbacks back in his closet and came back with the button ups and blazers everyone followed. Ecko launched it's Cut and Sew brand which provides tighter jeans and blazers.
A close second would be Kanye West. This dude basically brought back polo. He got everyone diggin through their closet for their vintage polo sweaters and evisu jeans. Who do you think influences hip hop fashion the most? |

black people do tend to have a different style as white people, and im not sure why people are pretending not to notice this, its not racist I dont know how else to state it
baggy shirts, do-rags...crazylow pants yesss i do realize that not all black people dress like this, but alot do |
