does anyone know how i can get rid of a tanthat i got from a trip to the beach. my friend said i should turn off all the lights and turn the a.c. on its coldest,take a shower in cold water...and drink lots of coldwater...nowi think she is silly. so please can somebody give advise to me because i hate this tan....its so so dark!

just wear sunblock when you get outside...and turning on the ac and turning off teh lights does not help..
tans fade away by theirselves |
