can period and discharge happen at the same time? |

2 weeks ago, my 5th period started. It lasted for about 5 days. In the following week, I kept having heavy discharge everyday. Then today, I found discharge and blood on my panties.
Is the blood just menstrual blood or other type of bloods? Or can discharge and period happen at the same time? |

I think this is normal....but just in case....talk to your mom about it to get her motherly opinion and then go see a doctor.
