Milk, Low Fat or Whole Milk? |

I keep hearing that children over the age of 2 should have low fat milk?
What age do you think children should have low fat milk instead of whole milk? And which do you prefer? |

i somehow think that chocolate milk rocks.. either that or whole 4% milk yes i no its fattening but taste soo much better than 1 % i dunno.. i guess the happy medium of 2% im use to it
