Milk, Low Fat or Whole Milk? |

I keep hearing that children over the age of 2 should have low fat milk?
What age do you think children should have low fat milk instead of whole milk? And which do you prefer? |

i don't have a preference as long as it's not skim milk.. hehe
but i think kids should drink whole milk at until they've finished elementary school. to make their bones stronger |
