Don't diss him, are you aware of how bad you would make him feel if you told him that no one liked him? This one weird guy liked me, and asked me out, but after he asked me out i wasn't as nice to him anymore, and i ended up feeling really bad. I can't think of anything you can do to get him off your back without making him feel bad, other than introducing to someone that is just as annoying as him and getting them to be friends so he follows them instead of you...
