can period and discharge happen at the same time? |

2 weeks ago, my 5th period started. It lasted for about 5 days. In the following week, I kept having heavy discharge everyday. Then today, I found discharge and blood on my panties.
Is the blood just menstrual blood or other type of bloods? Or can discharge and period happen at the same time? |

I suggest you see a gynecologist if its been happening for more than a week. A gynecologist would be able to accurately pinpoint what may be the cause of it.

Agreed. You probably don't have a big problem, but if it's causing a lot of discomfort, ask your parents or consult a doctor. |
