How convenient, I'm from both of these places.
I'd suggest, if you want to go to a really good salon, check out the ones in downtown Vancouver. It'll cost you an arm and a leg, but hey, you want quality. And in Hong Kong...again, try for the more urban areas, like Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok, Causeway Bay...etc etc. To narrow it down to one or two is difficult. |
