no im not crazy. i still hate gunit. im still a nas fan. relax.
... i hate nick cannon. he stole my wife, christina milian. he wore a got hoes shirt in the disco inferno video. he is a corny ass actor in most of his movies. all his previous songs were trash. the concept of this song is pretty cool, and nick cannon stepped up his lyricism. now, im not gonna start comparing nick cannon to jay-z, but im impressed with this song. and he even produced this song. if kanye made thsi track, youd all say it was ill. it's like the song "breathe" from fabolous, just a breath of fresh air. the video is pretty cool too. ill post a link later. have any of you heard it? please don't hate if you havent listened before.. nick cannon - can i live? http://s23.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=05AIXCU...QC24FXT2087GSIY |

His lyrics actually posess a little depth. He has step up on Bow Wow.
Ugh, B2k. What bothered me about them is that they weren't as talented as they seemed. They weren't great dancers, just decent and their singing was ok. Hell, if I had some industry connects, I could be the next big thing. I wish I ran into one of those brothas on the street so I can battle them. Anyways, back to Nick Cannon. If he hadn't built his image on All That (during the wack era of Nickelodeon) and made music that reflected his Nickelodeon image, then its possible that he could've began his career making music like this. As he became wise to the game and developed more subject material, then I'm sure that this song (being a foundation) could be a huge stepping stone. Now, its like, "Well, its Nick Cannon. He's still corny," and most of us blow him off. Upon second listen, the song is decent. |
