im not fat...but i have a kinda fat stomach. i tried to flatten it by doing like 100 situps a day...but i'm lazy and i forget! how can i tone my stomach?! help please!

100 situps???...hahaha you make me laught...with that pace its gonna take you a long time...i do 750-1000...not at the same time...space it btw with push ups or some small running...
running is gonna be your bestfriend, try running for about 2 miles for begingers...than add an extra mile or you can do time trials...or 30 mins cardio how ever you want... now salad and vitiams are gonna be you BFF not BF..theres a difference...i try to do is eat 6 palm full size meals... one more thing...my cousin told me if you sleep 9 HOURS a day...you'll feel fresh and helps you motivated with all that energy you got... if you do that, work hard, and never skip a day of doing it...trust me in 4 months you'll looked tone and ripp |
