tattoo style a picture, can u do it? Options

ok i really cant find the request forums so move this when u see it =) sorry!
anyway i really need a tutorial or someone to just make this pic:

look like a tattoo on skin.. close up so yeah.. color of image should be black ink, not colored tatoo.. texture should be skin of course, close up on skin. i dont mind bout size.. but yeah this is a challenge! have fun =)
