hey people i need your help so much, you see, i have got paint shop pro 9 and i have no idea what im doing. im trying to make a banner and i need to now what the tools do. im trying to make banners as the one at hte bottom sorry if it doesnt show. tis coz im new to all this. but anyway, please halp me

For basic help and functions of PSP9, you can look at the Help file for it.
