A person on CB has inspired me to create this game. This is how it goes

1. You just make up anything whether its wrong or right as long as it sounds scientifc.

2. Thats it , just one rule so Im going to start it off

Brushing is critical in maintaining the plaster’s appearance. Failure to brush the pool can result in the formation of stubborn dirt stains and algae. The pool should be brushed at least once a week unless there are unusual circumstances. Set your valves so that the pump is drawing maximum suction from the main drain. Start at the shallow end with slow, deliberate, slightly overlapping strokes, brushing from the tile line down, and work toward the main drain.

Given its potentially disabling nature and burdensome numbers, ischemic stroke (IS) has long been a target for improved therapy. We have learned much regarding risk factors for IS and their potential treatments in the past few decades. However, I would like to direct my comments to the current status of medical therapy for the secondary prevention of IS. What prompted my choice of topics? The recent publication of new clinical trials made my decision. In discussing these trials with medical students and residents in the context of patient care, I began to wonder if we really have made that much progress in our options for medical therapy. Certainly, this commentary is not a comprehensive review of all medications used in the secondary prevention of all types of IS. These overview comments are directed to the care of patients with IS who have no definite indication for warfarin anticoagulation or revascularization procedures such as carotid endarter-ectomy or angioplasty/stenting.

A thrombotic stroke occurs when diseased or damaged cerbral arteries become blocked by the formation of a blood clot within the brain. Clinically referred to as cerebral thrombosis or cerebral infarction, this type of event is responsible for almost 50% of all strokes. Cerebral thrombosis can also be divided into an additional two categories that correlate to the location of the blockage within the brain: large-vessel thrombosis and small-vessel thrombosis. Large-vessel thrombosis is the term used when the blockage is in one of the brain's larger blood-supplying arteries such as the carotid or middle cerebral, while small-vessel thrombosis involves one (or more) of the brain's smaller, yet deeper penetrating arteries. This latter type of stroke is also called a lacuner stroke.
