ok well i have this really good guy friend& i've been hearing hes gonna ask me out,i think hes a really great person but...hes shorter then me,it bugs me sometimes because if i hug him or something im prolly gonna have to bend down a lil and i find that just a little weird because usually guys are suppose to be taller then you to protect you & stuff
 so my question is; would you date a guy shorter then you? & what should i do

I'm 5'9ish and I'm interested in a babe who's about 5'10 and a half. She's gorgeous, she thinks I'm a dashing gent, and we're going to see where it goes. After work, we've had a few getting to know you convos that dealt with our political and social stances and one about religion. Everything seems to be fine, but, I'm a bit insecure with being 'average height.' When she wears heels, its obvious why she's a model and then there's me. Shorter. After her 4 inch stilletos, I'm much shorter.
