i'd say a happy person trying to be sad..cuz they're trying to make themselves depressed when there's really nothing to be depressed about..and they're probably, most likely doing it for attention
 i dunno..thats just my opinion..

A sad person trying to be happy is from negative to positive. A happy person trying to be sad is positive to negative. Is the answer not obvious?
