I bit my bottom lip, nervously, and I bit where your bottom lip touches your top lip on my left side. Anyway, now the place that I bit is extremely swollen, and around a tiny spot of blood, it's white. How can I get the swelling to go down?

dont do anything.. just leave it to heal. or ice like evryone else said
