I bit my bottom lip, nervously, and I bit where your bottom lip touches your top lip on my left side. Anyway, now the place that I bit is extremely swollen, and around a tiny spot of blood, it's white. How can I get the swelling to go down?

Ice, I guess.
I do that a lot and I also have canker (sp? o_O) sores basically all of the time, but I just never do anything about it. I just wait until it goes away. |
