The Site It says QUOTE Withdrawal (or “pulling out”) is typically used as birth control measure. It is when a guy pulls his penis out of his partner’s vagina before he ejaculates, or cums, so that no semen enters her body. so does that mean if he puts it in 1 time and take it out right away you can't get pregnant? there is such thing as pre-cum. it's his cum that gets you pregnant so it's safer if you wear a condom or take birthcontrol. even b4 he pulls out to fully ejaculate, there is pre-cum and it can get you pregnant.
