Resize scrollbar, Can you do it? |

I have a box with a line that creates a place for a scrollbar to go on. However, the scrollbar is too big. Is there a way to resize the scrollbar and make parts of it (Scrollbar track) transparent?

I'm pretty sure that you can't resize scrollbars, but you can make it transparent.

OK so I couldnt make this transparent since it isnt a div?
