The Site It says QUOTE Withdrawal (or “pulling out”) is typically used as birth control measure. It is when a guy pulls his penis out of his partner’s vagina before he ejaculates, or cums, so that no semen enters her body. so does that mean if he puts it in 1 time and take it out right away you can't get pregnant? Well as mentioned before there is always pre cum (which is uncontrollable) that can make you pregnant and depending how much precum there is, the chances of pregnancy vary. However there is more of a chance for a girl to get pregnant from precum if she has not had sex previously.
