The Site It says QUOTE Withdrawal (or “pulling out”) is typically used as birth control measure. It is when a guy pulls his penis out of his partner’s vagina before he ejaculates, or cums, so that no semen enters her body. so does that mean if he puts it in 1 time and take it out right away you can't get pregnant? Pre-cum has sperm cells as well, so there's still a chance you can still get pregnant.
