HOT nor NOT?!, on fashion stuff Options

I'm going shopping this weekend & I was just wondering if some of these things are considered hott or not in your opinion. I'm not planning to get ALL of these things... just curious about them.

Hott or not?- Bermuda shorts? (the long-ish shorts just above the knee)
- Mumbo jumbo sunglasses? (the ones celebs wear)
- Layering a tank top over a long-sleeve?
- Leg warmers?
- Converse high-tops?
- Super long necklaces?
- Hot pink eye-shadow?
- Glitter mascara?
- Flats? (the slippers)
- Denim jackets?
- Colored contact lens?
- White eye-liner?
- Knee highs? (socks)
- Ripped / Damaged vintage jeans?
- Pearl necklaces?
- Shrugs? (cropped things you wear on the outside of your shirt.. like Linds Lohan & Ash Simpson)

- Bermuda shorts? if you wear them delicately, with cute heels
- Mumbo jumbo sunglasses? no, too tacky for me
- Layering a tank top over a long-sleeve? no way. this is my biggest fasion no-no.
- Leg warmers? not hot
- Converse high-tops? no way. i just personally hate converses
- Super long necklaces? again, if they're delicate, not tacky.
- Hot pink eye-shadow? nope. too tacky.
- Glitter mascara? no. too tacky.
- Flats? (the slippers) yes. they can be so cute.
- Denim jackets? of course. they're like, a classic.
- Colored contact lens? sure.
- White eye-liner? only if you're able to pull it off.
- Knee highs? (socks) no.
- Ripped / Damaged vintage jeans? yes. just as long as the rest of your outfit is classy, so you don't look like a hobo/street whore.
- Pearl necklaces? if you're able to wear the vintage look okay.
- Shrugs? only if they're delicate, and light. no cable knit or anything.
