3 letter hex codes, what's up? |

Just a quick question... I noticed that on some website layouts, they'll use different hex codes. For example,
CODE background-color:#fff; instead of CODE background-color:#ffffff; What is up with that? Where do you get just three letters, especially on more complicated colors? |
