has anyone read lord of the flies by william golding? i have to write an essay on it based upon this question:
Kinsley Amis commented that Lord of the Flies is, "terrifying and haunting." Use references from the novel to support whether or not you agree with this statement? can anyone give some help? lol i know i'm suppose to do this myself but i thought you could give me some ideas. i've got some in my head but yeh. thanks in advance.

Lord of the flies is about some unexpecting creature. I think it is haunting because it look hideous, the title of the book?.. I'm not sure what it actually asking, but I read it like a year ago.. Sorry, hope you get the help.
