well i mainly mention about cantonese food , the food in all the cantonese speaking cities like guangzhou,china, hongong, macau here.lol.
cantonese is characterized with various unusual gradients and materials. Apart from seafood and animals, insects and worms, flowers and weeds are all made into dishes. have you heard of fried squid, 1000 year old eggs, shark's fin soup, snake soup, and dog stews.  I am interested in cooking and have collected some recipes .. hope to discuss and share the experience with you all.. |

1000 year old eggs...barf puke.
Hm....I like Si Chuan style Chinese food, the spicy ones. Especially "water boiled" fish and "water boiled" beef. QUOTE You know what I also love? Abalone. I love abalone. Oh God...abalone...too bad I'm not rich
