on adobe photoshop 7.0 .. how do you turn a shape ?

When you're on that layer, press Ctrl+T. Then point the cursor at an endpoint and drag your mouse. The shape should rotate. Or you can simply use the rotate tool. Edit>>Transform>>Rotate.
