im not fat...but i have a kinda fat stomach. i tried to flatten it by doing like 100 situps a day...but i'm lazy and i forget! how can i tone my stomach?! help please!

well if you JUST to situps and crunches, you'll have a strong stomache and all, but the fat will still cover the abs. So you have to do a mix of ab workouts AND cardio workouts in order for them to show.
I'd recommend running a couple miles a day (or just one if you're not used to running a lot) to get a smaller waist... or any other cardio activities and then ur original 100 sit ups a day for the muscles, and maybe put in sum other ab workouts, here's a random website i found w/ sum http://www.prevention.com/topic/0,5768,s1-...1-ABC-0,00.html |
