i really want to grow taller ... as you can tell from my username... im short ... its no fun being short ... does anyone have any tip to make me grow?

Please refer to the topics Mzkandi has provided for more information. Oh and to add on a final note, there was a study that they did on kids and jumping or participating in physical activity triggered the bones to not only get stronger, but to grow more as well. Who knew?  -->Topic Closed<--
