Most of you really are not describing fetishs but ideal partners.

Fetish - Something, such as a material object or a nonsexual part of the body, that arouses sexual desire and may become necessary for sexual gratification.

I have a foot fetish. I used to think feet were so gross, they stink and are dirty. But after I went through a 2 year depression and had developed a hate for myself and thought my body was ugly in every aspect, I noticed I was always looking at my feet in the shower or wherever and thinking my feet were cute. I wondered why I thought so, I think it was an unconscious desire to comfort myself and improve my self-image. I still see my feet as very cute and, yes, I can be very sexual aroused via my feet. I agree with my friend, not that he thinks feet kinda gross, but that it would be gross to have someone just stick their feet in your face. I would enjoy it if I was sexually aroused already and with someone I am comfortable with, but I don't think I would like it otherwise. I take my socks and shoes off sometimes in class because it turns me on, I feel like I'm naked. I think feet are cute, but only if they are clean, the toe nails are clipped short, and they are not painted. Dirty feet, long toe nails, and painted toe nails turn me off, I think they are utterly disgusting. But I don't need feet to play a role to have sexual gratification, nor does everything dealing with feet turn me on. I love babies feet, they are so small and cute, but that doesn't lead to sexual arousal. I know that I could become very sexually aroused by having my feet rubbed or having her or my feet touching places of each others body. It could excite me just as much as touching my genitals, but then again I have had my feet rubbed and not been aroused by it. It really depends on my interpretation, whether I see the situation as sexually erotic or not. It is kind of different, but cute really plays a role in my sexual interpretation and tastes. I think naked bodies, including my own, are cute, the same with feet, and with deep love between two people, sex is also cute.

Another little comment, what we may find gross in an unaroused state of mind we may find sexually arousing when we are in a sexually aroused state of mind.

I also have heard that fetishs can develop from guilt of sexual desires, so it isn't like people with fetishs are sick freaks, they just find nonsexual targets to express their sexual desire. I don't think I have any giult though, I just think feet are so cute!
