Picture replacing left modules, Please help! |

Ok, so I image-mapped a photo with my navigation text to replace the modules on the left side of the blog. It is not a complete skin, just a picture for navigation purposes I would like to place on the left side of the blog text rather than as a banner. Is this possible? If so, could someone please provide the code and explain to me the process.
