Borders Options

I am not really good with Myspace codes. Here this code that i really need help on. I used this and it just borders eveyrthing, how can i control that?

Alright you know the title on myspace for "Contacting Schailar".."Schailar Interests".. and "Schailars Details".. I want to make those text bigger, but not the other text.
