i trimmed my pubichair 4 the first time and then 2day it started to feel itchy...is it because the hair got shorter

Don't trim too short. it seems pokey, because when it's really short, the hair doesn't bend like normal, there's not enough of it to bend, and so it pokes you and makes you itch.
