It's just frustrating cuz when im with ppl i dont know i try to talk and be friendly but i just end up being really quiet and not really contributing to the conversation.
 But when im around ppl i know really well im always loud and friendlier. So my question: how do i stop being so shy?--Edit-- 100th POST!!

start asking question so you can knwo them better and get comfortable with them.. TRY at least. but soemtimes you cant really help. you have to grow out of the phase
