Wow, that was very good. The rhymes are perfect and so is the flow. Kind of unoriginal though, but then again it's an expression of your own feelings so it shouldn't matter.
 I don't know if delirium fits well though. It means a state of mental agitation or a state of confusion often accompanied by hallucinations.
